Managing Director
As a Managing Director with over 18 years senior Executive Search experience, Karen is one of the Managing Partners at BiB mena. Her extensive search industry experience has been gained across the GCC / Levant region as well as the UK where she was based prior to relocating to Bahrain in 2005.
Karen's industry successes in the MENA region cover assignments within the Banking and Finance industry as well as across Real Estate, Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, Telecoms and Heavy Industry sectors. Her impressive track record includes placing Senior Executives in functions as diverse as CEO, CFO, Head of Legal, HR Director, Infrastructure and Investment Professionals; as well as Technical and other Financial Specialists in diverse industry sectors.
Within the Financial Services Industry, her achievements include Senior Investment Professionals; Private Equity / Islamic Specialists, Treasury, Private Bankers / Placement Managers and Risk and Compliance professionals for Regulatory Approved Status roles; as well as 'C' Level Real Estate and Infrastructure specialists.
Helen Undy
Managing Director
As a Managing Director of BiB mena, Helen has more than 15 years senior international Executive Search experience. She has been based in the GCC since 2003 providing Executive Search consultancy services and prior to relocating to Bahrain, she lived in Africa, Canada, UK and the UAE.
Helen's extensive MENA Executive Search successes include numerous assignments within the Banking, Finance, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Aluminium and Oil & Gas industry sectors. Helen's impressive track record includes placing CEO, COO, CTO, General Managers and various 'Heads of' Functions across a variety of industry sectors.
Possessing a deep understanding of the regions' Financial Services industry and with particular emphasis on regulatory 'Approved Persons' roles; AML, Audit, Compliance, Risk; Helen's achievements have also included Head of Treasury, Head of Capital Markets and Programme Directors as well as various Regulatory enforcement and supervisory roles, to name a few.
Rosemary Lee
Director
As a Director with BiB mena, Rosemary has extensive Middle East HR experience gained over the last 20 years across a variety of industry sectors. CIPD qualified and with a wealth of experience in the organisational arena, Rosemary's advice helps our clients motivate, manage and retain the personnel they have dedicated their efforts to attracting.
Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, Rosemary applies her assessment and development methodology expertise to a wide variety of organisations across the MENA region. Her experience spans numerous industries including Aviation, FMCG, Retail, Trading and Professional Services organisations.
